Growing Together is a six-month mentorship program that connects colleagues who will be mentors with colleagues looking to grow their professional and leadership skills.
Through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and learning beyond direct reporting lines, the program helps grow future leaders.

Lead regional medical activities and shape the development and implementation on country level.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and strategic expansion.
Ensure clear structure and organization when aligning contractual matters across multiple countries. Collaborate with colleagues responsible for each country to help minimize legal risks in representation services.
