Our leadership team comprises highly experienced professionals with a proven track record of success in the pharmaceutical industry.

Nemanja Jankovic

PHOENIX GROUP REPRESENTATION SERVICES, CORPORATE DIRECTOR

Since joining the PHOENIX group in 2014, Nemanja Jankovic has played a pivotal role in establishing strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers through which patients in Europe get improved access to medicines in need. He was instrumental in creating the EL PHARMA model (PHOENIX Representation Services), leveraging on extensive PHOENIX group infrastructure.

Nemanja has an international experience in healthcare and life sciences from Pfizer and MSD. He is leading EL PHARMA in transforming business models and driving growth through strategic partnerships in Europe, with a focus on specialty, vaccines, established pharma, and consumer healthcare. He also serves as a Board President of Kemofarmacija d.d., the leading pharmaceutical distributor in Slovenia and a member of the PHOENIX group family.

Nemanja holds a pharmacy diploma degree from the University of Belgrade and a master’s degree from HEC Paris, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Djordje Tanackovic

HEAD OF CUSTOMER VALUE AND MARKET STRATEGY

Djordje Tanackovic brings nearly two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical aesthetics industry, having held senior commercial and leadership roles across multiple markets in Europe and Africa. He serves as Head of Customer Value and Market Strategy, contributing his extensive expertise in market expansion, product launches, and strategic commercial leadership.

Prior to EL PHARMA, Djordje held progressively senior roles at Allergan and AbbVie, including Country Manager positions in South-East Europe and Sub-Sahara Africa, as well as regional Marketing Director roles covering Central and South-East Europe.

Djordje holds a Master of Pharmacy degree from the Faculty of Pharmacy in Belgrade, bringing a strong scientific foundation to his commercial and strategic work across the pharmaceutical landscape.

Tikesh Ramtohul, PhD

HEAD OF GOVERNANCE & STRATEGIC BUSINESS SOLUTIONS

Tikesh Ramtohul has been with the PHOENIX group for a decade, advancing through multiple roles across operations, supply chain, and strategic business development. Since joining in 2015, he has progressed from Logistics Engineer and Operations Manager in Healthcare Logistics to Strategic Commercial Project Manager, before assuming his current position as Head of Governance and Strategic Business Solutions within EL PHARMA PHOENIX group Representation Services.

In his current role, Tikesh oversees a wide range of critical functions including Governance, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Quality, Legal & Compliance, Operational Excellence, and Digital initiatives, ensuring that PHOENIX Representation Services operates to the highest standards across its European footprint.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Mauritius, an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Edinburgh, an MSc in Computational Finance from the University of Essex, and a PhD in Business and Economics from the University of Basel.

Milivojka Sente

REGIONAL FINANCE UNIT LEAD 

Milivojka Sente has over two decades of experience in finance and business operations across the pharmaceutical industry. Since joining PHOENIX group in 2021, she has served as Regional Finance Manager for the Representation Business, playing a key role in supporting the financial infrastructure of EL PHARMA’s pan-European operations.

Prior to PHOENIX group, Milivojka spent 17 years at GSK, where she progressed through a range of finance and operational roles – from Customer Service Officer to Finance Partner and ultimately Senior Finance Partner responsible for Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia, Macedonia, and Albania. This extensive tenure equipped her with deep expertise in financial planning, business partnering, and pharmaceutical industry dynamics across the Western Balkans region.

Milivojka holds an Associate’s degree in Business Informatics Engineering from Belgrade Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Belgrade.

Boban Milojkovic, PhD

REGIONAL BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION AND STRATEGIC GROWTH UNIT LEAD

Boban Milojkovic brings over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, spanning strategic growth, business transformation, market access, and multi-country partnership models across Europe. He joined PHOENIX group in 2020 and currently serves as Regional Business Transformation & Strategic Growth Unit Lead, shaping business models and long-term partnership solutions across established and emerging markets.

Prior to PHOENIX group, he spent eight years at Pfizer, where he held senior commercial leadership roles including Business Unit Lead and Cluster Sales Director for Oncology, covering up to 11 countries across the region.

Boban holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and a PhD in Molecular Medicine from the School of Medicine, University of Nis, and completed a Mini MBA program at Solvay Brussels School, bringing a strong scientific and business foundation to his strategic work across the pharmaceutical landscape.

Jelena Solajic

REGIONAL PEOPLE & CULTURE UNIT LEAD

Jelena Solajic brings over a decade of experience in human resources, talent and organisational management development across the pharmaceutical and FMCG industries. Since joining EL PHARMA Representation Services, in 2023, she serves as Regional People and Culture Unit Lead, responsible for HR and communication strategy development and implementation across the region, covering talent and leadership development and organisational culture.

Prior to EL PHARMA, Jelena held the position of Head of Talent Management for the West Balkans region at STADA and earlier in her career, she spent five years at Philip Morris International gaining experience in employee engagement, organizational development, and international mobility across South-East Europe.

Jelena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Philosophy, and holds Practitioner diplomas in Executive Coaching from AoEC and Integrative Constructivist Coaching, bringing a strong people-centered approach to her work within PHOENIX group’s pan-European operations.
