We asked him to share the story about Representation Services in Baltics:
“Representation Services brought in Baltics absolutely important step forward in scope of development for Tamro Baltics organization. The story started more then 5 years before, when we started in Latvia first project with medical portfolio. At that time this was absolutely something new for our business to provide full scale of services and sales activities in the market.
Now we have many partners in our Representation business portfolio with regional projects level and local partnership on Baltic level.
For us, the most important was to build up Comprehensive service model in Baltics, where we are covering with own experience, competence and knowledge all expected services and activities in the region, like regulatory, market access, medical affairs, sales & marketing, and others.
After 5 year we have more than 40 highly valuable and experienced colleagues in Representation Services. This team is operating with more than 10 valuable partners and delivering additional value for them and our business in region.
I think strategically we made very important decision in past to establish this business, now we are one of the strongest and diverse players in Baltics in pharma business.”
