Regional Governance Specialist

Ensure structure and organisation of contractual topics in multi-country setup, and support alignment between different regulations (including data protection). Work with colleagues across multiple countries to ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance with legal research and offer insights on a variety of topic including GDPR and compliance.
  • Guide employees to ensure they understand and comply with strategic contracts and internal policies.
  • Support the drafting and review of agreements, consolidating feedback effectively.
  • Work alongside to legal counsels in countries to ensure adherence to key contractual clauses across multiple countries within the affiliate.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes that streamline and formalize governance within the department.
  • Help create and maintain standards, policies, and training materials for internal teams.

Qualifications

  • University degree in the field of Law;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate law, either in a law firm or a corporate legal role;
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred;
  • Experience with data protection is preferred;
  • Strong analytical and research skills with a structured approach to complex problems;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure in demanding environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
