Therapy Area Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, adapt and implement local sales and marketing plans.
  • Develop tactics that are aligned to the account’s strategic goals and values.
  • Coordinate and execute commercial activities with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
  • Ensuring maximisation of opportunities in accounts that will deliver customer value and growth for relevant products.
  • Identify and work with customers to adopt a proper approach to relevant treatment.
  • Coordinate, engage, and partner with relevant team members on country and regional level to deliver on business plan expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by proactively anticipating and addressing customers’ problems, needs and requests.
  • Develop and foster external relationships with key customers.
  • Localise promotional materials and develop local materials in line with relevant standard operating procedures and laws.
  • Understanding business risks and key compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

  • University degree (in the field of medical science/pharmaceuticals is a plus).
  • 5+ years of working experience in the pharmaceutical and pharma service provision industry, focusing on commercial, sales and marketing areas.
  • Outstanding collaboration, communication and presentation skills coupled with strategic thinking and the ability to interact with all levels of professionals internally and externally.
  • Structured and entrepreneurially minded with an internal drive to continuously find solutions and support others in achieving success.
  • Country official language native. Proficiency in English. Other languages are plus.
