Growing Together is our internal six-month mentorship program designed to connect colleagues who will be mentors and experts with colleagues who are looking to strengthen specific skills, broaden their business understanding, and accelerate their professional and leadership development.
The program creates mentoring partnerships based on development goals, areas of expertise, and shared interests. Through regular one-on-one sessions, participants discuss real business situations, exchange experiences, explore new perspectives, and work towards clearly defined development objectives.
Participation is application-based. Following the application process, mentors and mentees are carefully matched to create meaningful partnerships that support growth on both sides.
